check out this ban appeal for internode.
Kinda sucks ass that im banned from there... i love the short walls.
anyways not bad for a quick lol.

Hi,
The Steam Id has been permanently banned for racism and excessive
derogatory, prejudicial and abusive language. Server logs indicate that
it is not an isolated incident. This ban will not be reduced.

Ok that last bit was a joke, but srsly wtf internode. What if an actual nigger joined the server, and he claimed that it was his racial right to call himself a nigger. what do they do then? But i spose i have been banned from there before for flaming someone. Oh well, just a new excuse to play mbpv again. |

You wouldnt want to use that name here. Could be banned from here also so if i see you using it on our server, you have been warned. Tbh i reckon tyou deserve the ban and i lol that you even expect that they should even consider an appeal under the circumstances. Good on node for banning you on this one  If you use that name on this server at all from this point on i am letting you know i will ban you myself so make sure you dont enter the server with that name in use or you will be gone from mbpv the same way you appear to be gone from node! Oh and btw if you use the word "nigger" or similar in chat on this server you will also be banned. Also what does steam have to do with server imposed bans ? Anyway you want to play the funny language or semantic arguments whilst using such language expect zero tolerance here. It breaks many rules concurrently here.
I'm guessing the appeal notice is just a joke obviously as you would understand and expect to be banned from any steam server and appealing the way you are would be a waste of time after such behaviour on your part  Anyway as mentioned if you use those words here, as either a name of in the in game txt chat then expect perm ban (ie dont even try it on here)

And seeing as your going all holocaust right now on the whole dont use those names.... I had that name while i was on your server while you were playing... So dont try and look so hardcore.
Also the new admin you just recruited was playing, and no-one seemed too phased.
The word 'nigger' is commonly known to be offensive, but it also has descriptive and even complimentary purposes. Same as the word gay.... so it all depends on the application of the word.
The appeal was a joke, because as usual when you appeal a ban from internode they look through your chat logs, and let me tell you there was much more offensive stuff that NIGGER being said. I knew it would be permanent.
If i was the admin of this server i would try and be less hardcore, and i little more inviting, seeing as numbers have dropped, and your trying to attract new players. Which im guessing the shot comp was for.

Are not allowed to be used, because of racism.
But names like 'Kunt', and 'admins are fucksticks' are ok because they don't offend racially.
also just a query. Which of these names would you ban and why. Just so i can get to the details.
1. Wazaz is a homosexual
2. I'm a homosexual
3. I'm a nigger
4. Whats up my nigger?
5. Niggers like KFC.
6. Your a nigger
7. Assblaster
8. Cumdumpster
each of these names are bannable for different reasons, but some may be considered ok for use.
Just trying to make some sense of it, cos i really don't wanna get banned just because i have a name that i thought was ok, but it really isn't. Remembering that i got banned from internode, so mbpv is really the only server that i would consider playing.

Anything anywhere near racist = banned. (the rules are splashed in front of you. read them someday)
I hate racists and take delight in removing people who would derive pleasure from participating in any such behaviour or language so read my above posts clearly. if you dont understand them then ask someone to explain them to you. Very simple, if you respect people then there shouldnt be a problem. Additionally the rule about not baiting admins etc and they dont have to take it means wazzaz could have banned one. This is a general public server and we will not tolerate racial or other abuse or similar behaviour on this server from one person to another. People who want to use names which are considered racist or offensive can expect to be banned. Same goes for people using the chat or mic to do the same. I would suggest if you find this hard to understand then perhaps this place isnt for you anyway It is meant to be a fun server where everyone feels welcome, not people feeling intimidated by racial slurring ! or worried about their kids playing because of someone wanting to be a goose in my server thanks!

i didnt bait the admin btw. i had that name and the other players on the server thought it was funny. I wasn't trying to test the waters of what an admin would ban and wouldn't ban.
